The breakfast was stunning and very tasty with plenty of meals to choose from. The room we booked was airy and neat with terrace, comfey bed plus a view of the forest. Stunning secluded location really close to Lyndhurst and other destinations in the area and the main areas.

Ideal and comfortable location in view of the restaurant, easy to get anywhere. An a nice size room provided with the fold up bed, the Deluxe bedroom and high ceiling. The breakfasts with locally sourced ingredients.

The staff were knowledgeable and the breakfast was fantastic with free juice. The location was lovely and beautiful as for me, right by cafe.

They have an average restaurant for breakfast, that was a definite bonus.

Marvellous location of the hotel close to Paultons park. And close enough to the nearby Game keeper Gasto pub as well as lovely Woodlands in the New Forest. Stunning, ideal unit with terrace, an amazing large bathroom, a big roll top bath.

The room was extremely pleasant, the bathroom was luxurious. It had an extremely comfy bed, an air conditioner, a lounge area, and a coffeemaker.

Clean place with competent and thoughtful staff and wonderful view of the garden. Modern looking and unique hotel in a fantastic setting within walking distance of the pub.

Beds were a bit too soft.

The location was perfect and comfortable, not far from the woodlands, Close to a dog friendly walks and new forest for walks, and the free parking was an excellent bonus. The room met the demands, it was a nice size here with better weather sun beds as well as the bedroom.

Had marvellous location in a secluded area. Every member of the staff was accommodating. It was surely a really nice stay in a great Boutique hotel and great value too.

By and large, it was right place for sightseeing in Lyndhurst, had much fun and met thoughtful staff at the reception desk. Stayed in an extremely pleasant and generous sized room with private terrace.

A top quality and very peaceful hotel in Lyndhurst. Very easy to get from Southampton airport, just 20 km. Very efficient personnel at the reception desk. Perfect location, delicious breakfast with a great selection of food.

The rooms were tastefully decorated and pet-friendly, with a separate shower. I loved savoury breakfast and the restaurant. The location was ideal and comfortable, minutes from a motorway.

The unit we got was exceptional with the couch, terraces, a wonderful bathroom.

The location in a lovely area was great and stunning and there were a small shop and shops nearby. Also, it was 5 minutes drive to Ashurst. The restaurant was average with super friendly staff here, I had freshly cooked dishes.
